AGENCY AGREEMENT FORM | PTAJ MANAGEMENT SERVICE SDN BHD

This Agreement is made on 26/05/2026, between:

PTAJ Management Service Sdn Bhd (“PTAJ”)

and

(“the Agent”)
Of:

Appointment PTAJ appoints the Agent to (i) introduce students for enrolment into Highlands International Boarding School (HIBS) in Malaysia, (ii) introduce students for enrolment into any tertiary educational institutions in Malaysia represented by PTAJ, (iii) introduce participants for any experiential camps or training programs organized by PTAJ with or without the collaboration of any other organizations, and (iv) co-organize experiential and educational programs with PTAJ on a profit-sharing basis, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Commission for HIBS enrolment PTAJ will pay the Agent a commission of USD2,000 for each student directly introduced who completes enrolment and pays the full first year fees, who enrols into Year 7 or Year 8 for the IGCSE program at HIBS. For students enrolling into Year 9 or Year 10 for the IGCSE program, the commission rate would be USD1,500 for each student introduced. For new students enrolling into the A-Level program, the commission will be USD2,000 for each student introduced. In the event the student pays the school fees by instalments, the commission will also be paid to the Agent by instalments on a pro-rated basis.

Commission for tertiary education enrolment For each student introduced by the Agent who completes enrolment and pays the full program fees for any Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or postgraduate programs at any tertiary educational institutions in Malaysia represented by PTAJ, the commission will be USD700 per student. The rate may be increased on a case-by-case basis. In the event the student pays in instalments, the commission will also be paid to the Agent by instalments on a pro-rated basis.

Commission for other programs For the experiential and educational programs organized by PTAJ with or without the collaboration of any other organizations, the commission or profit-sharing rate for the Agent will be mutually agreed upon in writing on a case-by-case basis prior to the commencement of the program.

Payment Commissions for HIBS enrolments will be paid to the Agent within 60 days after HIBS receives the student’s tuition fees. Commissions or profit-sharing for other programs will be paid within 14 days after the start of the program. Payments to the Agent will be made via PayPal, and the Agent is responsible to setup their own PayPal account and to ensure that the account remains active.

Term & Termination This Agreement continues until either party ends it with a 30 days’ written notice.

Status The Agent is an independent contractor of PTAJ, not an employee or representative of any other organizations represented by PTAJ.
